LEATT’S ONLINE STORE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return* your unused items purchased at leatt.com for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
Pricing applies to orders at the time of purchase. The items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and any accessories. In addition, items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Please note that products that aren’t returned in resalable condition will be refused and returned to the sender.
* Tip: Try your gear on inside the house with all the tags and labels intact before riding to ensure correct fitment.
*** All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Follow these easy steps to Return and Exchange an Item:
- Please email [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number for any Returns or Exchanges.
- Once received, our Returns and Exchange Department will reply with your Return Authorization Number, which must be written clearly on the outside of your shipping box. Boxes received without the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the shipping box will be refused and returned to the sender.
- Proceed to write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of each package and mail to:

- Please note that all returns and exchanges are at the cost of the sender. Please remember to ask your courier to provide insurance and tracking as LEATT cannot be held liable for lost inbound packages.
Please remember the following:
- RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR FAILURE TO MARK CARTONS WITH RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MAY RESULT IN SHIPMENT REFUSAL.
- You can expect a refund to your form of payment within 7 to 14 days after we receive your return. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to be visible on your banking statement, depending on your financial institution.
- For an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped out to you in 48-72 business hours after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Extended returns for the holidays. The return window extension starts October 31, and ends January 2, of the following calendar year. All purchases within the extension window will be eligible for returns through January 31, of the following calendar year.

LEATT’S ONLINE STORE WARRANTY POLICY
LEATT’s products are warranted to be free of defects in materials or manufacturing for 1 year from the date of purchase. ADV Jackets and ADV Pants are warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase.
In most cases, a spare part is all that is needed for your product(s). If you know what spare part is needed for your product, you can check out our Spare Parts sections. If you are unable to find the spare part you are looking for, please email LEATT USA at [email protected] for further advice.
LEATT’s warranty is extended to the original purchaser and does not apply if damages are caused through burns, accidents, fading of high-viz colors, improper wash/care, falls, abuse, negligence, tip-overs, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications, alterations, normal wear and tear, or if used other than the intended purpose.
LEATT offers no other express warranties or guarantees. If you suspect that your LEATT product contains a defect, submit a request to LEATT for a warranty claim at any time within the first year of purchase. Five years for specific Adventure products. Damaged products covered by the warranty will be repaired or replaced with an item of comparable style and size, at LEATT’s sole discretion. Any purchase from an unauthorized vendor voids the warranty. A receipt or proof of purchase is required upon submission; without it, the warranty claim can be subject to rejection.
All products must be properly washed/cleaned before being mailed back to LEATT USA.
When possible, damage not covered under LEATT’s warranty policy, the product can be repaired for a nominal rate. Note that the consumer is responsible for getting the product to LEATT USA, but LEATT will cover the return shipping.
Please email [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Number before sending any item for a warranty claim. Any packages sent in without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to the sender.

- Remember to ask your courier to provide insurance and tracking as LEATT cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages.
- Once we receive your product, we will evaluate your product. We will notify you if you qualify for a warranty or repair.
- Thereafter, we return the warranty product or your repaired product by/with Standard Ground Shipping.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Orders may take up to 48 hours to ship once they are placed.

Our distribution center ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Leatt currently ships online orders in the United States only. If you are interested in purchasing Leatt products outside of the US, please visit our dealer locator to find your local retailer.
If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email with further details, and the item will be canceled and refunded.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders over $99 receive Free Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States.
Customers in Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for our $11.99 Flat Rate Ground Shipping.
WE CANNOT SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES
For customer protection, all orders Subtotalling more than $350, or orders containing neck braces, knee braces, or helmets, will be sent “Signature Required” upon delivery.
Please be sure your shipping address is able to accommodate “Signature Required” deliveries.
Due to the speed of our order fulfillment, changes or cancellations to your order cannot be made once the order has been placed.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
All customers can upgrade to Expedited Shipping for an affordable flat rate fee. Please note that expedited ship types exclude weekends and only ship on business days.

We currently ship online orders only to the United States. If you are interested in purchasing Leatt products outside of the US, please visit one of our global distributors here or visit your local dealer.
We cannot ship orders to a freight forwarding company.
