LEATT products are warranted to be free of defects in materials or manufacturing for 1 year from date of purchase. Damage caused by accidents, falls, abuse or misuse is not covered by this limited warranty.
Product must be washed before it is returned to a participating retail dealer or mailed to us, and a complete description stating the problem along with a copy of the original retail invoice and consumer contact details should be included.
Warranty shipments to the LEATT must be pre-paid. Customers should send their warranty items via a carrier that provides insurance and tracking as LEATT cannot be held liable for lost in-bound packages.
Leatt ships all return warranty/repair items deemed faulty standard ground at no charge. Warranty/repair items shipped other than ground, customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
